These Units are Weather Proof, Wind Proof and Dust Proof and can be adapted to suit a variety of situations as listed below.
Consisting of Heavy Gauge Insulated Colour Bond Roof and Walls, Inside and Out, Mounted on Sturdy UB Sections Fully Welded to Gal Floor Joist at 450 centers. The Floor, Glued and Screwed to the Joist is of Termite Treated Material which is Feather Finished and Polyvaced before a Quality Floor Covering is Laid.
Fitted with Large High Quality Glass Sliding Doors and Windows. Twin Fluro Lights and Double Power Points, including Weather Proof Outside Light, Safety RCD in Fuse Box as well as Resettable Breaker Fuses as per The Australian Electrical Standards. Also a Split System Reverse Cycle A/C unit. Bigger buildings with internal walls may have two A/C units fitted for better control.
