Who we are
Property Marketing Advisory Service is not a Real
Estate Company. It is a Consultancy Company which provides you the comfort of
knowing you can enter the sales process with an ally at your side, a Company
which will help you totally understand the entire sales process and make sure
you have as much information and knowledge about the marketplace as the
salesperson you are talking to.
PMAS
was created to address the concerns expressed by so many property sellers
wherein they felt they were not sure if they were being told the truth in
relation to listing price, market conditions, marketing budgets, marketing
options, and the most important one of all, feeling manipulated when it came to
the point of negotiating a selling price with a buyer.
These concerns and more fade into the background when
you team up with a Company which is made up of very experienced, long term Real
Estate Agents who are not involved in a sales commission and therefore can
provide totally unbiased recommendations and advice. Such a Company and the
Individuals involved can then be totally on one side, the side of the property
owner.
PMAS personnel give you the benefit of their
experience which places the power to control the sale process back where it
should be, in your hands.
How we work
with you
Firstly it is important to tell you
that we work for a flat fee which you pay when you engage us. This is critical
to our independence from the transaction as our income is not derived from a
“SALE AT ANY PRICE” which can influence the actions and words of someone who is
reliant on a “commission” for their success. We will discuss our fees with you
when we meet.
We enter into an agreement with you
which spells out the service we will provide, and we will commit to that
service in writing. We operate under the same obligations we expect your real
estate agent to operate under.
We help you identify the best way
to present your property before you call in an agent, its part of getting the
process started on the right foot, and then help you to select the sales person
who will do the best job. As we have said previously, not all salespeople are
created equal, and to help you determine this, we work with you to ask them
questions you would not even think of.
PMAS will be your advisor, confidant
and partner throughout your sale to whatever degree you require, giving you a
feeling of comfort whilst dealing with a process you may know very little
about, or alternatively, do not have time enough to dedicate, to ensure the
best result.
