Our founding director, Ian Thomason, has been in the real estate industry since 1972 and a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer since 1974.
During this period he has sold everything from houses in the suburbs, home units, commercial buildings and industrial sheds, to islands on the Great Barrier Reef. His experience in the corporate world of real estate encompasses titles such as General Manager, National Franchise Director and CEO of some of the largest Australian Real Estate companies.
He has vast experience in training sales people and has a strong desire to see real estate sales people conduct business the way most of them have been trained. He believes the formation of  PMAS will have an impact on the performance levels of salespeople in general and more specifically the salesperson working for you with your property transaction.
PMAS works with you and gives you the benefit of knowledge of all those years in the industry.
