Pricecatch® operates, an informative shopping comparison website. It provides free product information to consumers to compare, evaluate and comment. Besides comparing products, Pricecatch® also offers consumers a comparison of prices provided by resellers, saving you time and money.
Pricecatch® provides a rate and review section for consumers who want to comment (negatively or positively) on a particular product/ reseller. By doing so, it builds an awareness of the product/ services rendered to other potential customers. (Note: Pricecatch® does not condone any inappropriate languages or threatening messages towards anyone in particular. All comments will be scanned prior to upload)
MANUFACTURERS & RESELLERS
Pricecatch® services also stretch out to manufacturers and resellers. Statistical data are provided periodically to participating members in order to assess the performance of their products and services against similar brands/ competitors. In doing so, Pricecatch® creates an interactive advertising solution to members. In plain terms, every product/ merchant advertised on Pricecatch® will reveal its level of popularity after a given period of time.
Within a particular product of interest, Pricecatch® distinguishes its resellers by providing a html-format advertising space (known as the “Comments” column) to offer consumers with ‘promotions’ or ‘freebies’ if the product is bought from them. Such being the case, the lowest price is not always the determining factor that drives a sale. Instead, it is the ingenuity of a reseller that makes the sale.
