About Port Macquarie Presbyterian Church
People
sometimes think it's strange when we say we're a church, but we don't
believe in religion. We do however believe in relationship.
Relationship with God, and relationship with each other.
God
has made it possible for men and women to have relationship with
himself. He did that by sending his Son Jesus to die on a cross. When
Jesus died on the cross he paid the penalty we deserve for our sins. By
rising from the dead, Jesus has shown that he is the one who can offer
us everlasting life.
If you'd like to know more about what it
means to have a relationship with your creator, we'd love to help you.
The Bible tells us all we need to know about God and us. We believe
that the Bible is God's Word to humanity. In our church services each
week we aim to teach the Bible preached in a clear, systemmatic and
relevant manner.
Our Sunday service times are at 9am and 10.30am. Our 10.30am service also has Children's ministry.
During
the week there are a variety of Bible study groups. We also run youth
groups for all age brackets (Primary School & High School).
