Platypus Leisure was formed with the philosophy in mind to provide supported holidays for people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Our focus is to offer quality holidays both nationally and internationally at an affordable price. Our aim is to meet the needs of all our clients while offering dignity, privacy and respect. The activities offered on holiday are designed to bring focus to enjoyment, social interaction and independence. The holidays we provide are both national and international. We believe we are able to offer the best available holiday package’s at an affordable price. Our holidays have a maximum of 12 clients (the feedback we have received from our clients is that they prefer the smaller group concept) and have a maximum ratio of 4 clients to 1 staff member
