We have a qualified registered and experienced builder who has previously worked for the Builders Registration Board of Western Australia. We show the AS standards that have not been met and we include photographic evidence of issues.
We also perform under construction inspections, special purpose inspections and maintenance inspections for people looking to rent out a house.
Our aim is to have an easy to read report to you in 24 hours from the time of the inspection.
