Our Naturopath Sandi runs health cooking classes and nutrition workshops periodically to address the growing need for education around healthy food choices.
Sandi combines her passion for food and entertaining
with her naturopathic background to create delicious recipes her family,
friends and clients love. As a busy mum of two she understands the pressures we
all face to provide nutritious food everyone will enjoy.
Your food needs to be tasty, especially the healthy
stuff. If it doesn’t excite and satisfy you you’re likely to return to
processed foods that weaken your health.
She describes herself as a realistic Naturopath. She
believes life is here to be lived and the food and drinks we consume should be
a part of our enjoyment as well as contribute to our health, so we are here to
enjoy them for that little bit longer!
