Here we have a complete custom drum built from other left over quality pieces brought together to produce a modern look with a sound to match.
The shell (originally a floor tom) is a Maple outer with mahogany inner ply's. With large radius bearing edges and a 6.5" depth keeps the tone long and warm while the 42 strand wires seated on an extra width snarebed produce an incredible snap on demand.
This drum shows we can build a great instrument from odd components and will certainly draw other drum enthusiests to your sound.
