This year I decided to add a Christmas Log to my range. For 8 years people, have been knocking on our door in Paddington every Christmas to find out what we are cooking. The wonderful aroma of Christmas spices – cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, all spice, wafting around Paddington streets, has sparked curiosity. The Christmas Log is rich in those spices, organic prunes, red glace cherries and the finest dry roasted almonds from Tasmania. The almonds are so fresh that they are very crunchy. I loved designing the packaging because Christmas to me is red and green so I was able to have a wonderful red box with a touch of green in the napkins. Cheese expert Claudia Bowman of Bowman & McIntosh Cheese Mongers recommends eating with Stilton. Beer Diva Kirrily Waldhorn recommends pairing with a fine Stout for a "truly indulgent match". And, as per usual, the new logs are certified Kosher, Halal and Gluten-free. Savour every morsel.
