Palms Motel Footscray

Hi friend Pllease find attached some photos Some of photos to have my customer 's photograph taken while I sent them to the motel for rented - some of them very disappointed and some of them to want refund the money I m very ashamed - but I can not do anything let everyone to know about Palm motel. The Palms Motel is not up to standards to allow for guests to stay. It needs to be renovated and maintained to a condition that is suitable for guests. The health and safety of this motel is far from acceptable as evidenced in the attached photos. These photos show that the Palms Motel is not in a good state to be let out to guests. In particular: 1.Holes in doors. Patches that have not properly been repainted-have to be renovate of motel 2.Bed bugs . The photo attached was brought up to the attention of a guest staying in room 31. They had complained of bugs in which the manager assured them that there wasn't any. In which the guest went and caught these bugs to show the Manager 3.Uneven and unstable beds, particularly the use of bricks to stabilise beds where one wheel/support has been broken. These beds need to be replaced as this is not viable - unsafety. 4.Rainwaterr leakage on the balcony of first floor pathway. 5.Room is stink because carpet very old - cockroach to be in hiding on kettle - all blankets and bed spreads never washing - that have been heavily soiled and not appropriate for use of guests. 6.A lot drug people come in to rented. 7.Homeless people from agency to rented 8.
