PC Project Management has a thorough understanding of the procurement and management of building projects. Our extensive knowledge and understanding of a range of design disciplines including Architectural design, Hydraulic design, Civil design, Mechanical and Electrical design, Structural design and Fire Engineering gives the background and experience required to Project Manage Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential developments.
PC Project Management provides Contract Administration of Building projects including:
Preparation, solicitation, recieving and negotiating tenders,
Preparation of Construction Contracts,
Administration of Construction Contracts including the review and approval of variations, extensions of time, progress claims and the certification of progress payments.
PC Project Management will supervise the Construction process and Contractors works to include running regular site meetings, general supervision of building works, defects inspections and Practical Completion.
