About Oz Plastics
OZ Plastics Pty Ltd is an Australian company that manufactures caps and closures. We specialise in Injection moulding which allows us to focus predominantly on low cost - high volume closure solutions. We currently make one-piece and two-piece closures for 28mm 30mm bottles with a capacity of producing 8million+ units per annum. Currently we are running at 30% production and desperately seeking new business.
Our most common product is our 30mm child safety that is TGA compliant, this is currently being used for bleaches and domestic cleaners, but this can also be used for peroxides, cleaning chemicals, pesticides and other flammable or harsh chemicals.
Quality control is in place to guarantee our clients have a minimum of rejects, focusing on their other unrelated issues. Our range of caps and closures include 38mm flat cap style, 22mm flip tops, 30mm Child Safety caps 28mm caps, 65mm Aerosol caps, 28mm nozzles, child resistant caps and other plastic closures using HDPE, LDPE and PP.
OZ Plastics Pty Ltd main role is to give you, the customer, the solution you want with a minimum of fuss. We do all the running around and present you with a prototype prior to initiating production of your design. Your only decision is yes or no.

We now have our hands on a 2cavity hot runner mold cleverly designed to produce these 250ml plastic tubs which cater for the majority of personal care products like avon's and nuetrimetics. Made from HDPE plastic it offers resistance and flexibility. This product is available to high volume customers at around 15cents.
