Onset Catering

Adam and I used Onset for our wedding catering out at York, Wa. We ended up being extremely happy with the food, the service, the prompt timing, everything. When we first came to Stacey, all we knew was that we wanted the food at our wedding to be tasty, that we didn't want a buffet, and we wanted to be able to taste test. He put together a menu for us, and prepared some samples while we were there. We decided to go with what he suggested as we don't have much experience in the food department. Onset put up with my pickiness and when I stressed out before the wedding. On the day, everything ran so smoothly. I was worried that because of the particular menu we had chosen, which had many small servings, that things might not run on time. I needn't have worried. The service was timely, and the waitstaff were a really lovely bunch, they were friendly and professional, which is something I really value. The only complaint that our guests had was that they were extremely full, and that's a pretty awesome complaint to have. The food was delicious!! Adam and I both wish we didn't have to socialize as much as we missed out on some of the food which was disappointing, as each time we made it back to our seats the people next to us would rave about the last plate that came out. One of our favorites was the pan fired gnocchi, which we have been craving ever since, so Stacey if you ever any leftovers, feel free to send them to us! All in all, we are really happy with our experience with Onset, and if we need a caterer again in, we will be going back!
