OMNIpac Pty. Ltd. is a Brisbane based company that manufactures plastic films and bags.
OMNIpac has just introduced a new product range branded as "AquaSac".
The bladder tanks are made from a specially formulated low density polyethylene film, which ensures their toughness, ability to withstand weathering and ultraviolet light degradation, limit algae growth and the suitability for storage of drinking water.
The tubular film is sealed at both ends to form the bladder tank which is 1.1meter wide and approx. 0.4m high and can be made to any length.
It can be placed on any flat surface in the garden, under the eaves or under the house.
The bladder tanks are ideal for low cost, medium term water storage that has been collected from the roof, overflow from existing tanks or trucked in water.
The bladder tanks are also suitable for the storage of water from swimming pools, spars and tanks that have to be emptied for repairs and maintenance. When completed, the water is then pumped back saving the cost of replacement water and chemicals.
