About Mums Squad
Mums Squad makes yummy mummies yummier. We help you get your body back after having a baby. You start out walking through easy bodyweight exercises and before you know it, you’re running, jumping boxing in style. Every session includes stretching and stomach work. We have 1 nanny for every 6 babies and a nanny for every four toddlers and if your baby needs to feel their mothers touch, you’re right there. If you’ve got two kids or your little one isn’t really a baby any more, we mind toddlers at selected sessions. Our trainers are experts having guided more than 1200 mums on their comeback to fitness. Their focus is on you becoming fit, strong & confident. Everyone works towards a common goal: Getting fit again after having a baby.
