About Mosman Yoga Co-op
Mosman Yoga Co-op is a group of indepentant yoga teachers who are passionate about the benefits that their practices bring to all sorts of people. Together they offer a wide variety of class styles and levels to meet individual needs including prenatal and yoga for children. Private yoga sessions and yoga therapy is available. Special interest courses and beginner workshops are held during the term. Group classes are limited to 12 to ensure personal attention.
Our yoga term aligns with the school term, however some classes continue during the breaks.
We share our studios with Mosman Dance Academy in building 21 of the Harbour Trust Site at Georges Heights, situated in peaceful surrounds overlooking Sydney Harbour. Ample free car parking is available adjacent our building next to the Oval.
