Maxim Asset Management Limited

Maxim is a boutique fund manager specialising in the investment management of Australianproperty securities (both listed and unlisted) and was founded in 2003 by Winston Sammut, formerly Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Ausbil Dexia. During his time at Ausbil (6 years) Winston managed the Ausbil Property Securities Fund and established the investment process currently used by Maxim in the management of property related securities. His investment management experience has been gained over a period of 28 years in the industry including 10 years as a specialist property securities fund manager. Andrew Watson, portfolio manager, and Dr. Vincent Chin, analyst, have worked with Winston Sammut at CBA and Ausbil/Dexia respectively, and together make up a cohesive and experienced investment team. Collectively, the Maxim investment team has a combined experience of over 40 years in the fund management industry.
