About Kenpo Co-op
Kenpo Co-op is an organization devoted to teaching the 24 technique Syllabus of Mr Parkers Kenpo Karate.
We teach alongside this syllabus a comprehensive array of conditioning , breathing and motion exercises designed to enhance all martial artists. As Kenpo has developed over the last 67 years (this is dated from Mr Parkers beginnings in the Art) many various aspects of combat have been absorbed into this art, and as such we carry on that tradition whilst referencing everything to the core.
