Just Toyota Wrecking O'connor

I just picked up an item (corolla part) from JTW AutoParts today. But the part was not fit. I asked one of their staffs if they have the right item for me, but he treated me very bad. He has a very bad attitude by talking to me with f word. He even threw the money to me and said "go away" to me. What kind of attitude is that? Is that the way they treat their customer? Its very very not recommended to go to this store.
