This large south west facing, waterfront house was dark and gloomy with poor ventilation and 1970’s interiors, set on a small, triangular site. The brief was to create a clean modern, light filled family home with fully independent guest accommodation.
The house was cut along two 45-degree lines to create north facing highlights to allow the sun into the house while keeping the spectacular waterview to the south.
