We also seek to provide independent, technically sound and credible statements of claim to our insured clients for use in negotiations with their insurers.
We add value to clients by providing letters of advice on the value of business interruption cover that is appropriate to their business. We add value to client’s that find themselves in a position of needing to submit a claim under a policy of insurance, by providing them with advice on the application of their policy of insurance to the circumstances of their loss. We provide our clients with the necessary skills and expertise to formulate their claims in such a manner as to achieve the optimal return possible under the contract in the circumstances of the claim. We also assist the client in their negotiations with their insurer.
