We produce precision machined components for electronics equipment, including heatsinks, RF housings, mounting frames, precision shafts and rods in standard and special metals and plastics, such as Stainless steel, Copper, Brass, Nickel, Copper, Aluminum, Nylons, Rubber, Polycarbonate and Delrin.
Insotec also supplies cable assemblies, RF cables, Coaxial cables, wire harnesses in our custom cable assembly range and one touch fittings, pipe fittings, couplings, tee joints, side outlets, expansion joints, nipples, reducers, ferrules and elbows in our pneumatic fitting range.
We supply custom cable assemblies to suit all applications, RF Coaxial Connectors, RF Micro Coaxial Cables, RF Coaxial Cable Assemblies and WLAN/GPS/GSM Antennas. Insotec’s manufacturing options available include overmoulding, sub assembly integration, labelling and terminations such as insulation displacement and crimp snap.
