31-Jul-2008 INCHARGE AWARDED $64,000 GOVERNMENT COMET FUNDING from Incharge Group

Incharge Group has been awarded $64,000 funding by the federal government’s Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) program. This important funding will be invested into strengthening both Incharge’s strategic partnerships and its intellectual property.

COMET will help Incharge - a 100% Australian owned company - to strengthen its position as the country’s leading provider of online expense management software. The COMET program was introduced by the Australian Government to aid the commercialisation of innovative products, processes and services.

COMET has been extended until June 2011, with a further $100 million in funding providing assistance to more than 1,000 firms. The COMET program is delivered by AusIndustry, the program delivery division of the Australian Government’s Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.
