To help meet global demand, Hot Fresh Fries Pty Ltd is now supplying hi-tech and hygienically clean vending machines that cook and serve fresh hot fries within two minutes. They even come with your choice of salt and/or tomato sauce (ketchup). The machine operates like a hygienically sealed automated restaurant. It has its own filter to remove any cooking fumes. It automatically changes its own oil after a certain time period or cooking a certain number of serves- which means the chips are only ever cooked in fresh clean oil. It even has its own built in alarm systems and can be monitored on-line 24/7. Unfortunately we can't tell you exactly how the machine works but we can tell you the technology is sophisticated, unique and is currently covered by a world wide patent pending application.
