Hospitality Helpers was founded in early 2008 by Mark Enis and Dan Kennedy after realizing
there was a large gap between the expectations of the today’s customers and
what business owners were offering in the world of hospitality. Hospitality
Helpers aims to provide the best advice from the smallest bars and cafes to the
larger restaurants, hotel chains and franchises.
Mark, Dan and the team bring with them over 30
years experience to the table, including managing Michelin Star and Hatted
restaurants, 4 and 5 star hotels, catering companies, family restaurants and
cafes throughout Australia, North America and Europe. Also, having owned
restaurants, bars and cafes throughout the world, we are able to provide a
professional and balanced look at your business and its needs.
