About Hook and Spoon
Hook and Spoon is a paddock to plate business offering grass fed, free range beef and mutton which has been dry aged on the bone extensively to give you fantastic meat flavour and tenderness. Here in the 122 year old butcher shop and new commercial kitchen, Hook and Spoon staff create old fashioned terrines, pies made with proper buttery shortcrust pastry, lasagna with fresh house made pasta and sauce, pickled meats, roulades and many more meaty delights! At Hook and Spoon we also make some wonderful relishes and sauces to complement our meats: beetroot marmalade, pumpkin relish, plum worcestershire and sage butter to name but a few. Berkshire Pork is a specialty also - really succulent, totaly different from commercially grown pork . . and the best best bellies!! We make gluten free, preservative free sausages to die for, and attend many farmers markets around Victoria. Please give us a call with any enquiries.
