HOCKING FULLIFE pharmacy provides the community with all of their health, beauty and medical needs. We provide a 6 day service and we pride ourselves with first class personalized service which is reflected in repeat business and excellent growth. We provide a wide range of services which include the sale of pharmaceutical drugs, the dispensing of prescriptions, patient counselling, fax service, Commissioner for declarations signatures, Photo Development, and Australia Post products. Our departments include First aid, Bowel Stomach, Foot care, Oral care, Eye care, Family Planning, Baby care, Vitamins, Hair care, Skin Care, Gifts, Accessories, Men’s and Women’s toiletries (ie Cosmetics, Fragrances etc). We always have every day specials on our IPA Promotion (Independent Pharmacy of Australia), which is a monthly catalogue distributed to the area. We also Stock a large variety of gifts and accessories. We ensure that our customers leave the pharmacy with as much information as possible. We will go to any length to help out my customers with any sort of query. We will search on the internet; we will look up in medical/ natural medicine books, we will make various phone calls, anything that will help the customer find out about the information that they have come into the pharmacy to look for. To ensure that there is an ease of access to information for the customers we make sure that all information is along side the product or easily accessible. Pamphlets and information brochures are kept in the patient counselling area at the front of the pharmacy where customers can have a chance to look at a wide range of information and services that the pharmacy has to offer.
