About Heart 2 Heart Family Support
Heart 2 Heart Family Support is a Support group for ANY or ALL family members of ANY child (ren) of ANY age, with Congenital Heart Disease (or acquired) in the Darwin area. Heart 2 Heart Family Support aims to offer support and up to date information on CHD, refer to other agencies, share stories and raise awareness of Congenital Heart Disease in children. Heart 2 Heart Family Support is a Support group based in the Territory, run by territorians for territorians. Heart 2 Heart Family Support meets on a monthly basis during school terms, as well as occassional weekends with various events held to raise funds and support for CHD. Extra meetings and coffee mornings can be arranged by request.
