At Harmony Holistic Centre, located at Fernvale, just 15 mins outside of Ipswich, Karene (proprietor) endeavours to assist individuals in their journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Kinesiology, Neural Organisation Technique (NOT), Brain Formatting, Touch for Health, Chakras, Flower Essences, etc., are just some of the tools used by Karene to remove imbalances within the body which may cause ill-health and disrupt the body's natural balance.

Relief from back, neck and shoulder/joint pain and assistance with digestive disorders, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, food intolerances, stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, allergies, general health and well-being are offered at Harmony Holistic Centre.

Karene has 26 yrs of teaching experience which she combines with Kinesiology to address Learning difficulties such as: Autism, Aspergers, Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, auditory processing, distractibility and memory loss problems.
