Great Ideas in Nutrition is an award winning combination of a specialised nutrition and diet bookshop and an expert dietary counseling service.
3 dietitians, 1 of whom is also an exercise physiologist, man the practice 5 days per week.
Practice principal, Amanda Clark, completed her postgraduate qualifications in nutrition and dietetics at Sydney University. She is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian with 20 years experience.
Amanda's success stems from her focus on providing clear, practical and very realistic advice. This applies equally to her consulting style and her criteria for book selection.
Amanda has developed an innovative dinner plate and bowl in the Portion Perfection range, which educates clients on portion control, nutritional balance and eating mindfully.
