About Gold Coast Dancers Company Inc.
GC. Dancers Company Inc. is a not-for-profit performance group - open to all dancers from Beenleigh to Byron Bay.
Acceptance is by audition and dancers must be between 10 - 18 with a strong classical technique.
Performances are scheduled for July/August 2008 and applications for audition are now being accepted and will be held in February/March 2008.
Professional choreographers help dancers develop high standards of performance and over 25 offers have been made to former members to vocational training institutes throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe and New York.

Artistic Director: Fiona Munroe, trained at the Royal Ballet School London, and former soloist with Malmo Ballet Co., Sweden.
Fiona will produce a Classical Repertoire Ballet for 2008.
This year's choreographer's will be - Louise Deleur - former soloist with WA Ballet and Sydney Dance Co. Currently Artistic Director/choreographer for Lucid Dance , Brisbane.
The 2nd choreographer will be Claudine Stephen-Smith a former professional dancer in Germany for 10 years in Ballet & Musical Theatre. Current Co-Director - Mercury Wings, Theatre, Gold Coast.
As is usual, negotiations are currently in progress to have professional dancers to perform as Guest Artists and to give their tips to GCDC's talented members.
