Go Train offers Training Partnerships with other Registered Training Organisations and non accredited Training company’s and Schools. As the owners of our own Learning & Content Management System (LCMS), were able to customise and contextualise to online delivery all of our non-accredited Short Courses, and accredited NRT units to any organisations needs.
We are one of a very few RTO’s in Australia that owns and host on its own server a LCMS capable of meeting the requirements of the AQTF. Our LCMS is a closed-source platform we have designed and built from the ground up, and continually improved upon since we began e-learning way back in 1999.
Go Train Industry offers Training Partnerships across 3 streams
1. Pre-employment and pre-vocational training for the unemployed through accredited Job Services Providers. JSP’s can enrol their clients in either our accredited, or non-accredited units and courses, to provide skills training as part of the students Employment Pathways scheme.
2. Online Induction training for employees. We are able to host your own induction program, or design one for you if you require. Your employees will benefit from having access to the LCMS from any computer with a web browser, they will receive a certificate on completion and you will have a permanent record of their participation to satisfy your insurance obligations.
3. Hosting of courses and units for Training Enterprises. We are able to host your course or you can access ours for your students and employees. We can add your own unique certificate to the course, or provide your learners with our own, and can include any additional assessments or tasks you may require: including the uploading of written assignments and/or video-recorded skills demonstrations.
