About Geocast Constructions
With the assistance of laser-guided accuracy, the Geocast System vertically excavates and continually casts, steel reinforced concrete retaining walls.
Because the Geocast System can work safely within 50mm of adjacent structures, it's able to provide architects and developers the benefit of including additional car spaces when planning underground car parks.
This in turn may increase the allowable number of apartments within a building, under council regulations.

All walls are designed and certified by our external consulting engineer, The Geocast System is operated as a six step process:
- Set up lasers
- Insertion of arm into ground
- Delivery of concrete and mixing of fibre into concrete truck
- Delivery of concrete through concrete pump to Geocast machine
- Arm commences trenching with sand being removed & simultaneously reinforced concrete being poured down back of the arm
- When section of wall completed, insert reinforced bars into wet concrete of Geocast wall
