GMV Natural Fish Oil is a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. Medical research shows that consumption of Omega 3 plays an important role in maintaining healthy hearth, brain, skin and circulatory functions. Omega 3 also helps increase joint mobility as well as reducing inflammation and joint swelling associated with arthritis.
It has also been shown to assist in the maintenance of healthy triglyceride levels and positively influence LDL : HDL cholestrol ratio, blood pressure and blood clothing.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times a day with meals
Children (over 3 years of age): Take 1 capsule daily
