There’s still many people in and around Mudgeeraba that don’t know
of the town’s best kept sectret – the Focus Fitness and Massage Studio
Gym.
Focus Fitness and Massage Studio Gym has been operating out of
Firth Park Sporting Complex, Somerset Drive, Mudgeeraba since 2004
under the leadership of Norm Cavanagh. This is Mudgeeraba’s only gym located in spectacular
surroundings in the heart of Mudgeeraba, only minutes frorm
supermarkets, excellent restaurants and cafes. A favorite venue for the
locals as well as visitors to the Gold Coast, our Mudgeeraba gym offers
a relaxed family environment.
With a crowd of keen shoppers at Mudgeeraba Farmers Market, Saturdays are a great success. Stalls include plenty of fresh fruit and
vegeatables, locally baked bread and pastries, jams, honey, cheeses,
and the sizzling of bacon rolls.
There’s freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, mushrooms from Yatala, apples from Stanthorpe, and banans from Casino, NSW
You can select from a range of seafoods, including the
mouth-watering Tasmainian Salmon, Lamb from Killarney, free range eggs,
and freshly brewed coffee.
The Mudgeeraba Farmers Markets are held on every second and fourth
Saturday of every month, from 6.00am through till around 11.00am.
