Inside SAP, the independent magazine for the SAP community in Australia and New Zealand, will relaunch
in September this year in an exciting new digital format.
From its launch as a printed magazine in May 2008, Inside SAP built up a loyal following among SAP
consultants, technical consultants, solution architects and developers, as well as CIOs and CEOs. Regarded by
its readers as a valuable information resource on SAP technology and projects in Australia and New Zealand,
this relaunch provides an opportunity to take the magazine to the next level.
As well as industry profiles, implementation and upgrade case studies, regular technical pieces and information
on new SAP releases, the online magazine format will feature rich media content such as audio and video.
“With these new features, we can create a much more interactive experience for our readers - for example,
readers can view videos of demonstrations of new products, explanations of tricky development issues, and
interviews with key industry figures. Readers can also click straight through to other websites of interest,
directly from the page,” said Freya Purnell, Managing Editor of Inside SAP.
“We believe these new capabilities will make the magazine even more valuable for our readers in the
SAP community and provide a great opportunity for advertisers to achieve greater depth of message and
accountability for their campaigns.”
As well as being available online, Inside SAP will be downloadable to read through an offline reader, providing
portability while retaining all the rich media content.
“The move to a digital format also allows us to reduce the environmental impact of the magazine, and we’re
confident the SAP community, as a tech-savvy group, will embrace the concept,” said Purnell.
To be relaunched in September, Inside SAP will be emailed to a database of 8000 subscribers.
