Mark has mor heart and soul than most musicians, and he puts into everything he does. He is the keeper of a flame that exists in only a few places. He knows more jazz history than anyone else I know, especially from the Golden age of Australian jazz. Most importantly he plays jazz like an indie rocker. He lives and breathes music and his recordings are witness to that. His recordings are the nearest thing to being there. Enjoy his fine version of this fine blues tune.
