A building dispute can be stressful for both builder and property owner. In any dispute we will ensure that our clients are fully aware of all options and possible outcomes to the dispute so that our clients can make a properly informed decision.

Byron Cannon, Director has appeared on numerous occasions in the Queensland Commercial and Consumer Tribunal and has also participated in many mediations of Building disputes. Byron is a member of the Housing Industry Association and provides advice to a number of clients relating to building issues.

We act for all stakeholders in the building industry including home owners, principal contractors, licensed builders and subcontractors for all types of disputes including debt collection,  defective building,  contractual issues and licensing matters.

We are often asked to review contracts for clients and provide knowledgeable and well rounded advice to provide peace of mind when entering into building contracts.
