Executive Results is owned and operated by Anna Junghans and Taco Fleur, Anna Junghans has been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. Anna understands how difficult it is to lose weight, and to stick to an exercise routine. She was drastically overweight until early adulthood, and frustrated by her inability to keep the weight off, Anna realised that the only way to achieve long term results was a combination of diet and exercise. She was so dedicated to this goal that she studied to become a group fitness instructor, after teaching for a few years she was looking to expand her knowledge and study in different fields of the fitness industry.
