About Elements Fitness

At Elements Fitness we offer evidence based fitness and self defence in a fun and friendly environment. Our coaches are highly qualified, knowledgable and professional. We employ cutting edge training methods developed from established research, new information and our own hard won experience.

We teach a variety of martial arts including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Goju Karate and Capoeira and offer a range of fitness services from traditional yoga to kickboxing group fitness to personal training.  

We cater to clients of all types; we train the hobbyists, we train the athletes and we train the professionals. Regardless of your goals we believe in function over fantasy and strive to deliver superior results in the minimum amount of time.
