I have engaged Francesco on three separate projects over a three year period, in which he has designed documented extensive renovations to an 1880’s inner-city terrace house, as well as a 1970’s beach house, both in Sydney.
Over this time I found Francesco to be very good at understanding my requirements as a client in what were two complex and challenging renovations, and interpreting these effectively into council required documentation and detailed working drawings. In all cases, the three DA’s were approved by the local authority without amendment. I regard this as a very strong indication of Francesco’s understanding of planning and building regulations across Sydney local authorities (City of Sydney and Pittwater), as well as his ability to effectively meet the client’s needs while complying with these requirements.
I have always found Francesco’s design and drafting work to have very good attention to detail, and to be of high quality. At an inter-personal level, he is professional, courteous, flexible and engaging in his approach.
I would not hesitate to use him again, and intend to on my next project. I have and would continue to recommend him to others.
