Décor Classics' is an importer of quality manau cane furniture. It is universally recognized as the highest quality cane available and comes from the jungles of Malaysia. Manau cane has an attractive surface and is bothdurable andflexible. It also has highwater resistance and a tight tissue arrangement, whichprevents splitting.
The range of furniture made in our factory in Malaysia, which is made from the Manau Cane (known as the "King" of Cane) is much stronger and heavier than normal cane. We have a large range of types and styles available; These come in lounge and dining suites, coffee tables, bar stools and accessories, (e.g. side tables, lamp tables, magazine racks, and footstools), hanging chairs, papasans, mamasams, from which to select your required pieces. If we do not have what is required in stock, or alterations have to be made to our original designs, then it can be ordered, manufactured and delivered within an acceptably reasonable time frame.
Our settings are built in the traditional way of dowelled bases in the chairs and sofas, (i.e. no webbing and no pine bracing and supports), and the stress areas are allbound with leather instead of the usual rattan binding, ensuring durability.
