Open Gym: This is a system that allows you to decide what membership suits you. Whether you would like gym access over a time period or number of visits and training programs and circuits can be available each time you visit.

X-Train Circuit: This total body toning workout is available everyday and is changed each week so you won’t get bored. Newcomers are welcome to come along. Full supervision can be provided at set times if needed.

Personal Training: We offer the full scope of personal training packages to suit your budget, timeframe and personal needs. Whether you want to reduce body fat, tone up or improve your health, we can get you fast results. One of our fully qualified and experienced trainers will be available to help you achieve your goals.

Personal Eating Plan: (covered by private health insurance)
Our Sports Nutritionist Mike Makossa BSc (nutrition) MDAA, structures customised eating plans to help you achieve your goals, taking into account any family, work and recreation commitments.

Core training
We offer a diverse range of training techniques incorporating the latest research as well as time tested techniques proven to be effective, ring us for more details about the training you are interested in, or just come along and check us out – all levels welcome.
