Cronulla Cabins - Caravan Park Sydney, Cronulla Beach Accommodation

We stayed at the Cronulla Cabins once before and found them to be basic but acceptable in an emergency. The second time my wife booked in advance and the owner (Federico) billed her in advance for $1,600, with $400 actually taken out of our credit card account. He did not provide a receipt via email or any other way and refused when asked to provide a copy of his cancellation policy. When we cancelled the booking 6 weeks in advance, the owner refused to refund the deposit, saying he can only credit it to us for future use. He acknowledged his lack of written receipt and the refusal to show his refund policy in writing. still no refund... Just grabby, predatory tactics of a bullyboy in charge of a dumping ground (not camping ground!).

Caretaker here is extremely rude and unfriendly ... people were fighting and screaming in the middle of the night...people sit outside thier cabins and drink alcohol.... would not recommend for families.
