Coridon Pty Ltd is a small biotechnology company, run under the directorship of immunologist Prof Ian Frazer, and located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. Coridon’s main focus is the development of DNA vaccines for the treatment and/or prevention of various infectious diseases and cancers. DNA vaccines have a number of advantages over conventional vaccines, however, while there are three licensed veterinary DNA vaccines, to date none are approved for use in humans.
