Coogee Florist specialises in celebrations of all kinds. We aim to give our clients with a memorable experience that is professional, reliable, and exceeds their expectations.
International designer Les Waterhouse, is an inspiring and creative designer whose floristry skills have been recognized at the highest level: gold medal winner for Australia at the International Floristry Competition in Canada. He was also the only accredited floral designer for the Sydney Olympics 2000.
He has also been the floral designer for rock concerts featuring John Farnham, Kylie Minogue and Olivia Newton-John. He toured Asia with John Farnham and his band providing floral design/set management.
Les has a wealth of experience in Australia and overseas as a logistic events manager and is therefore well acquainted with the pressures of organising an event. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to create a relaxed, happy atmosphere in a sometimes chaotic environment. Thus organizers can rest assured that there will be no added stress from their designer.
Les is also familiar with the layout of leading venues such as the Opera House and Darling Harbour.
