Constable Estate Vineyards, formerly
known as Constable and Hershon, is a family owned boutique vineyard of
approximately 15 hectares, cradled against the magnificent Broken Back
Ranges. Grape varieties planted on the rich soil included Chardonnay,
Verdelho, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. From the 2 acres of Semillon,
the vineyard produces an outstanding Hunter Valley dessert wine.
Since the vineyards was established over 25 years ago, our premium
wines have won many trophies and gold medals at National and State Wine
Shows. Our limited production wines are only available via the cellar
door, mail order, selected restaurants and the internet .
