Innovative Care Ltd opened the Clayton Community Aged Care Facility in Burton Avenue Clayton,adjoining the Clayton Community Centre in 2009.
The new facilitycaters for 151 aged care residents enjoying their own private room and ensuite bathroom, with all bedrooms having views over a courtyard or garden area.
The facility offers a greatly expanded range of aged care facilities from low care, through to high care. "Ageing in place”, means you may not have to move to another facility if your care needs change.
