The service is to provide workplace counselling & support services to employees who:

  • . Have personal problems that are having a negative impact at work;
  • . Require customer service skills development;
  • . Need help meeting the performance expectations of their employer;
  • . Need help understanding their working conditions;
  • . Are experiencing stress, bullying and/or harassment;
  • . Have experienced a traumatic event in their lives; and/or
  • . Are facing redundancy, redeployment or other significant change.

These services can be provided as part of an Employer-Funded Employee Assistance Program or funded privately by the employee.
